Club Training

If you're looking to join the club we'd love you to come along and train with us. We want to encourage anyone to try triathlon and so there is no minimum fitness level, however if you are at all worried please get in touch so we can sort out the best time for you to come and get invloved.

Pool swims - Many of the club members make use of the excellent swim fit sessions run by Calderdale Council. These are run throughout the week at various locations, please see our calendar page or the calderdale council website for more details.

Open water swims - Temperature and weather permitting we often swim in Gaddings from May through to September. Its a great location to get used to swimming outside and in coooler water!

Club ride - There is a club ride each week on a Saturday morning. We typically leave from the Mytholmroyd Community Center (MCC) at 9:30am and will be out from 2-4 hours. Ride start points can vary so if you're new to the club it is worth getting in contact with us if you plan to come out.

Wednesday night TT - Like last year we plan to run a short rides or TT races on a wednesday night once the evenings are long enough. Look out for details on the site soon.

Coached Sessions - We are currently in the process of clarifying which run sessions will be available in 2011. Please check back soon or contact us for more uptodate info.

Other

CADG - Club members also get access the Calderdale Athletics Development Group events. This includes the strength/conditioning and circuits sessions at Rishworth School on Wednesday evenings. For more information please view the CADG website
